General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player") and ff53 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services, games, betting markets, and features available at ff53.app. By accessing the platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

ff53 is an online gaming platform providing sports betting, live casino games, and slot titles to users in Bangladesh. All services are offered in English. The platform accepts Bangladeshi Taka (৳) as its primary currency and processes transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. These Terms apply to all users regardless of the device, browser, or network connection used to access ff53.

ff53 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior individual notice. The most current version of these Terms will always be published at ff53.app/terms-conditions with the effective date clearly stated. Continued use of the platform after a Terms update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of ff53 and contact support at [email protected] to request account closure. Continued use of the platform constitutes your unconditional acceptance of all Terms as currently published.

Account Registration

To access the full range of ff53 services — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing deposits and withdrawals — you must register a personal account. Registration on ff53 is open to adults aged 18 years and above only. By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

• Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. ff53 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any point. Accounts where the registered user is found to be under 18 will be closed immediately and any remaining balance returned to the originating payment method.
• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active ff53 account. Duplicate accounts — whether registered under the same name, same mobile number, same bKash or Nagad wallet, same device, or same IP address — are prohibited. ff53 may permanently close all associated accounts if duplication is detected.
• Accurate information: You must provide your real full name, a valid mobile number registered in your name in Bangladesh, and a valid payment method (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay wallet registered in your name). Providing false, incomplete, or another person's details is a breach of these Terms.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ff53 login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or one-time PINs with any other person. ff53 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure.
• Account transferability: ff53 accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise make your account available to any third party. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• Verification: ff53 may, at its sole discretion, request identity verification documents (such as a national ID card) before processing a withdrawal or activating certain account features. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in temporary suspension of withdrawal functionality.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ff53 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The platform supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. ff53 does not accept transactions from payment methods not registered in the account holder's own name.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via bKash and Nagad. ৳300 via Rocket and Upay. ৳500 via Visa or Mastercard. Deposits below the applicable minimum will not be processed and the amount will be returned to the originating payment method.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically reflected in your ff53 wallet within 60 seconds of the transaction being matched. Deposits via Visa or Mastercard may take up to 10 minutes. Processing times may be longer during periods of high platform traffic or mobile network congestion in Bangladesh.
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 for all withdrawal methods. Withdrawals below the applicable minimum will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad wallets are typically processed within 15 to 45 minutes of the withdrawal request being submitted. Processing times may extend during periods of high withdrawal volume. ff53 targets processing all standard withdrawals within 2 hours of submission under normal operating conditions.
• Withdrawal method matching: Withdrawals will only be processed back to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, or a method registered to the account holder's verified identity. ff53 does not process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts.
• Platform fees: ff53 does not impose platform-side fees on standard deposits or withdrawals via mobile wallet methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay). Users should be aware that their mobile wallet provider may apply their own standard transaction charges, which are outside ff53's control.
• Transaction records: Every deposit and withdrawal is logged in your ff53 account transaction history with a timestamp in Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6). You should retain your bKash or Nagad transaction reference IDs as proof of payment when contacting support about a deposit query.
• Suspicious transactions: ff53 reserves the right to delay, freeze, or reverse any transaction that it determines to be fraudulent, linked to money laundering activity, or in breach of these Terms. In such cases, ff53 may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

Bonuses & Promotions

ff53 offers a range of promotional bonuses to new and returning players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, reload promotions, and tournament-linked offers tied to cricket seasons such as BPL and IPL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, as well as the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

• Wagering requirements: All bonuses awarded on ff53 carry a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated on the relevant promotion page. Players should read all bonus terms before opting in to a promotion.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered players who have not previously held an ff53 account. Players found to have created multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses will have all associated accounts closed and all bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus expiry: Bonuses that are not used or whose wagering requirements are not completed within the validity period stated on the promotion page will expire and be removed from the account balance. ff53 will not reinstate expired bonuses under any circumstances.
• Bonus abuse: ff53 reserves the right to withhold or void bonuses and any associated winnings where evidence of bonus abuse is identified. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements while minimising exposure to genuine game variance, placing offsetting bets across multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional mechanics in ways not intended by ff53.
• Golden Bank rewards: Points accumulated through the Golden Bank loyalty programme are subject to their own programme terms, which are published on the Golden Bank section of the platform. Points have no cash value and cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Promotional changes: ff53 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any ongoing promotion at any time. Changes to live promotions will be communicated via the ff53 promotions page. Players who have already opted in to a promotion and meet the relevant terms will not be disadvantaged by retrospective changes to that specific promotion.

User Obligations

By using ff53, you agree to use the platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes. You accept full responsibility for all activity conducted through your account and agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and these Terms at all times.

• Lawful use: You must use ff53 only for purposes permitted by these Terms and applicable law. You represent that you are not accessing ff53 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is unlawful, and that your use of the platform does not violate any law applicable to you personally.
• Accurate registration data: You are responsible for ensuring that all personal information associated with your account remains accurate and current. If your mobile number, bKash wallet, or other registered details change, you must update your account information promptly via account settings or by contacting support.
• Account activity monitoring: You must monitor your account regularly and report any unauthorised activity, unfamiliar transactions, or suspected security breaches to ff53 support at [email protected] as soon as possible. Delay in reporting may limit ff53's ability to investigate and remedy the issue.
• Self-assessment: You are responsible for assessing your own gaming habits and their impact on your finances and wellbeing. ff53 provides responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, session time controls, and self-exclusion to assist you. • Device and software: You are responsible for ensuring that the device, browser, and internet connection used to access ff53 are secure and free from malicious software. ff53 is not liable for losses arising from compromised devices, malware, keyloggers, or unsecured network connections on your side.
• Cooperation with verification: You agree to cooperate fully with any account verification request made by ff53. This includes providing identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or other documentation as reasonably requested. Failure to cooperate may result in temporary restriction of account functionality.

Prohibited Conduct

ff53 maintains a strictly fair and secure gaming environment. The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the platform. Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended, permanently closed, and have its balance forfeited at ff53's sole discretion.

• Fraudulent activity: Any attempt to defraud ff53 or other users through false information, chargebacks, counterfeit transactions, or misrepresentation of identity or payment method ownership is strictly prohibited.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in live casino games, poker, or any other competitive format on ff53 is prohibited. This includes communicating bet information in real time during live sessions.
• Automated tools and bots: The use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, AI-driven betting tools, or any other non-human mechanism to interact with the ff53 platform is prohibited. ff53 employs detection systems to identify automated activity.
• Match fixing and insider information: Placing bets on the basis of insider information, or participating in or facilitating match fixing in any sport covered by ff53's betting section, is prohibited and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Money laundering: ff53 must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering, processing proceeds of criminal activity, or structuring transactions to avoid detection. ff53 cooperates with lawful requests from financial intelligence authorities and may freeze accounts under investigation.
• Reverse engineering: Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or otherwise extract the ff53 platform's source code, data feeds, odds algorithms, or proprietary systems is prohibited.
• Harassment: Any form of harassment, abuse, threatening behaviour, or discriminatory language directed at ff53 staff via the support chat or other communication channels is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.

Account Closure

Either the User or ff53 may initiate closure of a ff53 account, subject to the conditions described in this section. Account closure does not automatically forfeit any valid remaining balance; the process for balance settlement at closure is described below.

• User-initiated closure: You may request the closure of your ff53 account at any time by contacting support at [email protected] or via the live chat function. Before processing the closure, ff53 will confirm your identity and settle any outstanding balance back to your registered payment method, subject to any applicable withdrawal minimums and pending wagering requirements on active bonuses.
• Self-exclusion closure: Players who wish to stop gambling may request self-exclusion, which results in account closure for a defined period (6 months, 1 year, or permanently). During a self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened, and ff53 will not accept any request to reverse the self-exclusion during the chosen exclusion window. Self-exclusion requests should be directed to support.
• ff53-initiated closure for breach: ff53 reserves the right to close any account that is found to have violated these Terms, including but not limited to prohibited conduct, providing false registration information, duplicate account operation, or age eligibility failure. In cases of serious breach, ff53 may retain the account balance as compensation for damages without prior notice.
• Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. ff53 will attempt to notify the registered contact of inactive account status before applying any inactivity policy. Players who wish to reactivate an inactive account should contact support.
• Balance settlement at closure: Any valid, withdrawable balance remaining in a closed account will be processed back to the most recently used withdrawal-eligible payment method within 5 business days of the closure being confirmed, provided all identity verification requirements are met.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ff53 excludes all liability for losses of any kind arising from your use of the platform, whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise. This limitation of liability applies whether the basis for the claim is contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or any other legal theory.

• Gaming losses: ff53 is not liable for financial losses you sustain as a result of gambling activity on the platform. All bets placed on ff53 carry inherent financial risk, and outcomes are not guaranteed. You accept this risk when you place a wager.
• Service interruptions: ff53 is not liable for losses arising from temporary platform unavailability, technical errors, delayed data feeds, or interruptions to mobile wallet services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) that are outside ff53's direct control.
• Third-party game providers: ff53 acts as a platform host for games provided by third-party studios including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe. Each provider operates under its own compliance framework. ff53 is not liable for errors, malfunctions, or unfair outcomes caused by a provider's game software, except where ff53 has been negligent in selecting or continuing to offer a demonstrably defective title.
• Mobile network and device: ff53 is not liable for losses arising from poor mobile network connectivity in Bangladesh, device malfunction, power outages, or any other technical issue on the user's side that causes a bet or casino session to be disrupted.
• Maximum liability cap: In any event where ff53 is found to bear liability under applicable law, ff53's total aggregate liability to any individual user shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold ff53, its directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the platform, or any content you submit through the platform's communication features.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and ff53 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force and effect. These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable to online gaming operators serving the Bangladesh market.
